Attorney Daniel J. Szostkiewicz (pronounced SOS-ko-vic) is a lifelong resident of Western Massachusetts. Born, raised and educated in the city of Holyoke, Attorney Szostkiewicz is a graduate of Holyoke Community College, Western New England College, and the Western New England College School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts as well as in Connecticut. Prior to his time at Szostkiewicz & Associates, Attorney Szostkiewicz maintained a private practice in Holyoke for three years and in Springfield for four years. Before that, he served as an assistant attorney general under Massachusetts Attorney General Tom Reilly in Boston for one year, and served as Mayor of the city of Holyoke for the four prior years. Having handled hundreds of domestic cases throughout his tenure (including many post-judgment challenges and Appeals), Attorney Szostkiewicz specializes in representing clients who reside out-of-state and who are unable to attend court proceedings in Western Massachusetts in person. No matter who you are, Attorney Szostkiewicz will not only handle your legal needs, he will help you transition from married life to life as a divorced person. |

Originally from New York, Attorney Jennifer A. Thorn has resided in Western Massachusetts since the early 1990’s. Attorney Thorn is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and the Western New England College School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. Prior to her time at Szostkiewicz & Thorn, Attorney Thorn maintained a private practice in Springfield for six years. |

Attorney Christopher P. Renaud is a lifelong resident of western Massachusetts. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2006, Attorney Renaud has dedicated his practice to the divorce and family law field. He also focuses on elder law, and can help you or a loved one make the transition from home to nursing home as stress-free as possible. Prior to his time at Szostkiewicz & Thorn, Attorney Renaud maintained a private practice, representing clients from both western Massachusetts as well as the Greater Boston area. He also worked with the Massachusetts Justice Project. Attorney Renaud obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Westfield State College and his Juris Doctor Degree at the Western New England College School of Law and is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association. |

A native of Arizona, Attorney Patrick M. Toney had been visiting Western Massachusetts for over a decade before making Western Massachusetts his home. Attorney Toney graduated from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and attended Western New England School of Law. Attorney Toney is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Arizona. Prior to his time practicing at Szostkiewicz & Thorn, Attorney Toney practiced municipal law for the Town of Agawam and worked for the Family Law Facilitator in Hampden County Probate and Family Court providing assistance to pro se litigants. |
